HOW DO I GET THERE?

The event is held at Queens Park, located just a short walk from Toowoomba’s CBD, with event entry via Margaret Street.

Patrons can arrive at the event from:

  • 1:30pm for Premium GA and Sunburnt Country Club ticketholders
  • 2:00pm for General Admission ticketholders


Public Transport
Local buses are provided by Translink. For timetables and routes, visit the Translink website and use their Journey Planner feature.


Drop-off / Pick-up Point
A designated Drop-off/Pick-up point is located near the event entry on Margaret Street. This is suitable for rideshare/taxi and also for those travelling with accessible patrons. Please follow the directions of signage and traffic management on the day.

CAN I GET A PASS OUT?

There will be no pass outs for this event unless in an emergency or medical situation.
Please make sure bring everything you need for the whole day/night.

IS THERE AN ACCESSIBLE AREA?

Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grassland and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area. However, being accompanied by a carer is recommended.

We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lanes and accessible toilet facilities.

ACCESSIBLE AREA: There is an Accessible Area with a dedicated zone and an Accessible toilet. Note that there is no platform. Only one carer per person unless there are exceptional circumstances. Other patrons wishing to be near the Accessible Area should purchase Premium GA Tickets.

PARKING for Accessible Permit holders is not always assured; however there is accessible parking in the local area on a first-come frst-serve basis.

There is also a pick-up/drop-off point located close to the entry on Margaret Street that is recommended for those travelling with patrons with accessibility needs.

We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lanes and accessible toilet facilities. MEDICATION / PRESCRIPTIONS

If you need to bring prescription medication to the festival, it must be in its original packaging, with a dispensary label that matches the name on the ticket holder’s ID. On the day, please enter via the accessible lane so our medical team can review your medication. We recommend only speaking with the medical team about your medication. If you speak to security or entry staff, simply ask to be directed to the medical entry point.

OTHER INFORMATION

ZERO TOLERANCE ON ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES AND UNDERAGE DRINKING

We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal substances and drugs. Anyone suspected of using or found in possession of illegal substances or drugs will be escorted from the grounds and handed over to the police. Undercover police officers may also be actively searching for offenders.

 

COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

We want all our patrons to have a great time at our concerts. That’s what concerts are all about. We actively support and promote equality, diversity and inclusion and strive for our concerts and events to be a place of belonging.

But we take bad behaviour seriously.

Bullying, fighting, inappropriate touching of others, throwing items on stage, or verbal abuse are all clearly abhorrent and unacceptable. No person should ever have to endure this type of behaviour by others when they are attending a concert and simply trying to have a great time. We take various measures at our concerts to keep patrons as safe as possible.

We ensure that security staff that are posted to dancing and “mosh pit” areas have a heightened awareness of bad behaviour.

Parking is at Hunter Valley Gardens.

Transport is available to Sunburnt Country at Roche Estate with Rover Coaches.

There will be no pass outs for this event unless in an emergency or medical situation.

IS THERE AN ACCESSIBLE AREA?

Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grassland and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area. However, being accompanied by a carer is recommended.

We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lanes and accessible toilet facilities.

ACCESSIBLE AREA: There is an Accessible Area with a dedicated zone on the concourse, and an Accessible is located nearby. Note that there is no platform. Only one carer per person unless there are exceptional circumstances.

PARKING for Accessible Permit holders is located near the Broke Road Entry. Traffic management will be available to direct Accessible Permit Holders.

There is also a pick-up/drop-off point located close to the entry recommended for those travelling with patrons with accessibility needs.

If you need to bring prescription medication to the festival, it must be in its original packaging, with a dispensary label that matches the name on the ticket holder’s ID. If you speak to security or entry staff, simply ask to be directed to the medical entry point.

ZERO TOLERANCE ON ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES AND UNDERAGE DRINKING

We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal substances and drugs. Anyone suspected of using or found in possession of illegal substances or drugs will be escorted from the grounds and handed over to the police. Undercover police officers may also be actively searching for offenders.

 

COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

We want all our patrons to have a great time at our concerts. That’s what concerts are all about. We actively support and promote equality, diversity and inclusion and strive for our concerts and events to be a place of belonging.

But we take bad behaviour seriously.

Bullying, fighting, inappropriate touching of others, throwing items on stage, or verbal abuse are all clearly abhorrent and unacceptable. No person should ever have to endure this type of behaviour by others when they are attending a concert and simply trying to have a great time. We take various measures at our concerts to keep patrons as safe as possible.

We ensure that security staff that are posted to dancing and “mosh pit” areas have a heightened awareness of bad behaviour.
