This is an all ages event with licenced and unlicensed areas. Only patrons aged 18+ are allowed in the licenced area.

The Promoter recommends parents should consider whether the event is appropriate for their child and recommends that any children under 16 years of age who attend the event are accompanied by their parent or guardian.

Patrons who wish to consume alcohol must have valid photo identification (Australian driver’s licence, a current state issued Proof of Age Card, passport). International driver’s licences will not be accepted. Anyone found to be supplying or buying alcohol for a minor will be evicted from the venue and will possibly face criminal charges.

There is a strict limit of ten (10) tickets per customer for the presale and ten (10) tickets per customer for the General Public for Ocean Alley.

Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.

There is no dedicated event parking. We suggest using public transport, or taxi / rideshare services.

LOCAL PARKING
Paid and restricted street parking is available along Beaconsfield Parade and Pier Road. Check signage and metres for parking restrictions or call ASSIST for specific parking information on 03 9209 6777. Private underground parking is available in the St Kilda Sea Baths complex.

DROP OFF / PICK UP POINTS
Recommended drop off point is on Pier Road, in line with the rotunda in the middle of the park (view here on Google Maps).

There is a path that leads from this point to the front gate. Please be aware that traffic may be heavy in this area and to be patient and allow yourself plenty of time.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
There is no dedicated event transport, however Catani Gardens is well connected via public transport.

TRAMS
Catch tram number 3a, 16 or 96 along Fitzroy street and The Esplanade or catch tram number 112 to the corner of Park St and Fitzroy Street then walk one block south toward the intersection of Fitzroy Street and Beaconsfield Parade / The Esplanade. Catani Gardens is across the road.

BUS
Bus route 606 (Fishermans Bend to Elsternwick) travels along Parks street, Fitzroy and Jacka Boulevard passing the gardens en route.

Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grass parkland and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For those in a wheelchair and accessible patrons, there will be an Accessible Viewing Area. The accessible area will be a dedicated raised platform and accessible toilet facilities available.

Accessible Patrons can utilise the Accessible Viewing Area accompanied by one other patron or carer. Being accompanied by a carer is recommended and we offer complimentary companion tickets for Companion Card holders.

We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal substances and drugs. Anyone suspected of using or found in possession of illegal substances or drugs will be escorted from the grounds and handed over to the police. Undercover police officers may also be actively searching for offenders.

We want all our patrons to have a great time at our concerts. That’s what concerts are all about. We actively support and promote equality, diversity and inclusion and strive for our concerts and events to be a place of belonging.

The Brisbane Showgrounds is in close proximity to numerous public transport options. 

TAXI / RIDESHARE
Black and White Cabs (ph. 13 32 22) are our preferred transport provider. Hail, call or book via the app.
There are taxi zones located on our doorstep, outside Rydges Hotel and Fat Dumpling on King Street.
Rideshare companies also operate in Brisbane and can be met at any specified location.

TRAIN
Bowen Hills and Fortitude Valley train stations are less than a 10 minute walk from the Brisbane Showgrounds.

Exhibition Station is also open for major events. Trains arrive and depart from right in the heart of the Showgrounds, and with 50 cent fares, it has never been easier to get here during major events.

BUS
Buses access the streets surrounding the Brisbane Showgrounds regularly. The main bus stops are located on Bowen Bridge Road outside The Old Museum and on St Pauls Terrace near King Street. You can also choose to ride the CityGlider buses, which provide high-frequency transport from West End to Teneriffe and Ashgrove to Stones Corner, while the free City Loop bus service is perfect for exploring the CBD. BIKE

Domain concerts are situated on the Phillip Precinct in the Domain in the triangle bounded by Art Gallery Road, Hospital Road Arbor Day Walk.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Martin Place, Circular Quay and St. James Stations are very close to the Domain. Circular Quay is a short walk away. Buses run past the venue along Macquarie and Elizabeth Streets with regular frequency.

PARKING
We recommend getting to the Concert by public transport as it’s better for the environment and parking is limited. Closest car parking would be located at the Domain Carpark although there are numerous carparks along Macquarie Street. Street parking can be found along Macquarie Street & Art Gallery Road although these are metered and may not convenient on the evening of a concert.
