2024 marks Richard Marx’s thirty-seventh year as a recording artist, and his fortieth as a professional songwriter. 1984’s “What About Me,” released as a trio by Kenny Rogers, Kim Carnes and James Ingram was co-written by Richard and became not only his first song recorded by an artist, but his first number one as a writer. 

Richard has also written on a No. 1 single in each of the last four decades, an accolade previously only reached by Michael Jackson. He has written with and for numerous artists, including Barbra Streisand, Keith Urban, Kenny Rogers, Celine Dion, and many more. He also went on to earn a 2004 Song of the Year Grammy for co-authoring Luther Vandross’ “Dance with My Father.” Overall, he has scored 14 No. 1 singles both as a performer and as a songwriter/producer, revealing him a true multi-talented performer who continues to challenge himself and his fans.

Daryl Braithwaite is an iconic Australian singer/songwriter and ARIA Hall Of Fame Inductee. As the frontman and vocalist for the 1970s band Sherbet, Braithwaite rode a wave of local and international success with songs such as Howzat and Summer Love propelling the band to superstar status. 

Braithwaite went on to embark on a highly successful solo career which included a No. 1 ARIA Album Chart for his album Edge (1988), featuring the hit singles As The Days Go By and One Summer. Braithwaite’s 1990 follow-up album Rise included the single The Horses which reached No. 1 on the ARIA Singles Chart and to this day remains an anthem for generations of Australians. Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grass parkland and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area. The accessible area will be located on a raised area of lawn inside the entry, with a nearby accessible toilet. There is an unreserved raised platform within the accessible area with a clear line of sight to the stage.

Being accompanied by a carer is recommended and we offer complimentary companion tickets for companion card holders.

2024 marks Richard Marx’s thirty-seventh year as a recording artist, and his fortieth as a professional songwriter. 1984’s “What About Me,” released as a trio by Kenny Rogers, Kim Carnes and James Ingram was co-written by Richard and became not only his first song recorded by an artist, but his first number one as a writer. 

Richard has also written on a No. 1 single in each of the last four decades, an accolade previously only reached by Michael Jackson. He has written with and for numerous artists, including Barbra Streisand, Keith Urban, Kenny Rogers, Celine Dion, and many more. He also went on to earn a 2004 Song of the Year Grammy for co-authoring Luther Vandross’ “Dance with My Father.” Overall, he has scored 14 No. 1 singles both as a performer and as a songwriter/producer, revealing him a true multi-talented performer who continues to challenge himself and his fans.

DARYL BRAITHWAITE

Daryl Braithwaite is an iconic Australian singer/songwriter and ARIA Hall Of Fame Inductee. As the frontman and vocalist for the 1970s band Sherbet, Braithwaite rode a wave of local and international success with songs such as Howzat and Summer Love propelling the band to superstar status. 

Braithwaite went on to embark on a highly successful solo career which included a No. 1 ARIA Album Chart for his album Edge (1988), featuring the hit singles As The Days Go By and One Summer. Braithwaite’s 1990 follow-up album Rise included the single The Horses which reached No. 1 on the ARIA Singles Chart and to this day remains an anthem for generations of Australians. ACCESSIBLE AREA
Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grass parkland and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area. The accessible area will be located on a raised area of lawn inside the entry, with a nearby accessible toilet. There is an unreserved raised platform within the accessible area with a clear line of sight to the stage.

Being accompanied by a carer is recommended and we offer complimentary companion tickets for companion card holders.

On show day, our customer service staff will be available if you need assistance accessing the concert site. We strongly advise that you notify the ticketing agent when purchasing your ticket if you are in a wheelchair or need assistance so we can contact you prior to the event.
