  • Large Eskies and any hard eskies (small soft eskies or cooler bags up to 26litres are ok in Premium GA and GA Areas)
  • Picnic blankets
  • Low back (low to the ground) chairs
  • Selfie sticks
  • Umbrellas, marquees or shade tents
  • Weapons or items that are deemed unsafe
  • Any other objects considered by the Promoter and the Venue to be dangerous or capable of causing a public nuisance that could be used to distract, obstruct, or interfere with any performer

    Melbourne On The Move offer an extensive bus transfer service from various locations - Return trips departing from Greensborough, Kangaroo Ground, Melbourne Carlton Gardens, Ringwood, Mordialloc, Croydon, and Lilydale.

  • RIDESHARE / TAXI pickup/dropoff located directly behind the winery off Maroondah Highway. Left off Maroondah Highway – Follow signage.
    Parking is available off Hill Road (near Skye Road). Traffic management will direct cars.
    FREE for cars with 4+ people otherwise at $20 per vehicle - pay on the day. Touch-free EFTPOS preferred.
    Parking for Accessible Permit Holders is located in the same carpark off Hill Road. Traffic management will be available to direct.



There will be no ATM on site so please bring credit or debit card for cashless payments.

All bags are subject to a safety & security search upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated and Rochford Wines will not be responsible for them or for their return. If in doubt leave it at home or in the car.

Box Office:
One box office will be in operation and located near the main entry.
Tickets can be scanned from your phone, but if preferred they can be printed at home prior to the event.

Seating is not provided for this event for any ticket category. Patrons with "Premium GA" or "General Admission" tickets are requested to bring a portable, high back fold-up chair. This is roughly the size of a normal height chair. No picnic blankets or low back (low to the ground) chairs.

Cloakroom Facilities:
Cloakroom facilities will not be available. Prohibited items will not be permitted within the event, so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home.

Eskies/Cooler bags:
Excluding VIP Areas, patrons may bring a small soft esky or cooler bag (up to 26 litres).

Food & Beverages:
This is a fully catered venue with a range of bar and food options. Free drinking water will be available in the venue and patrons may bring in empty plastic bottles for this purpose. Excluding VIP Tickets, patrons may bring a small quantity of your own food/snacks in a cooler bag, small soft esky (up to 26L), or picnic basket. You may bring SEALED plastic bottles of water. No soft drink. No cans. No glass.

First Aid:
First Aid will be in attendance – please approach any of our friendly staff if feeling unwell.

Pass Outs:
There will be no pass outs for this event unless in an emergency or medical situation. Please be sure to bring everything you need for the whole day/night.

Photo ID:
Photo I.D. will be required for entry and to purchase and consume alcohol – This event is strictly 18+. Please note that because this is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take alcohol from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, except in designated smoking areas.

The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario.


The concert site is predominantly flat grass parkland and at times part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area, however, being accompanied by a carer is recommended.

We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include the provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lanes, and accessible toilet facilities.
