Conveniently located on the edge of the Adelaide CBD, Adelaide Entertainment Centre is easily accessible via both car and public transport.

Access to Adelaide Entertainment Centre is via three different entrances. Please check your ticket for your best designated entry.

Public Transport
Public transport is the quickest and easiest way to get to Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Trains, trams and buses operated by Adelaide Metro provide direct access to the Centre. Be sure to plan your journey in advance and allow extra travel time for any delays or disruptions.

Parking
Adelaide Entertainment Centre offers more than 1,400 onsite car parking spaces, accessible via Mary Street, Manton Street or Adam Street only.

Please note, Adelaide Entertainment Centre accepts payment via card only for all onsite charges, including car parking, food and beverages.

After major events, please allow additional time for possible delays when exiting the car park.

Drop-off / Pick-up Point
Designated drop-off zones are available on Port Road outside Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Please ensure you check local signage carefully before parking or dropping off / picking up passengers.

• Chauffeur-driven, ride-share, and private vehicles – A designated passenger drop-off zone for is located on Port Road after the traffic lights when travelling West (in front of Adelaide Entertainment Centre’s Theatre). This area is clearly signed to indicate where stopping is permitted for a maximum 2 minutes for drop-off or pick-up only.

• Taxis – A designated taxi zone is located on Port Road before the traffic lights when travelling West (in front of Adelaide Entertainment Centre’s main entrance). This area is clearly signed for taxis to drop-off and pick-up passengers.

Please note that during peak event times, all areas surrounding the Centre may experience significant congestion. We recommend those travelling to an event allow extra time and plan their trip accordingly.

Accessible Parking
Adelaide Entertainment Centre offers a number of accessible parking spaces close to the Centre’s entrances. These are clearly marked with the accessible parking symbol.

For event days, accessible parking must be pre-booked. To book, submit an enquiry here or contact our team during business hours on (08) 8208 2222. Please have your Disability Parking Permit number ready.

Please note, accessible parking is subject to availability at time of booking. A valid Disability Parking Permit must be clearly displayed on vehicles at all times.

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre has fixed and mobile food and beverage outlets available for Arena and Theatre events within the foyer areas and other public spaces. The Centre offers a wide variety of confectionery, along with soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Food items are limited to baguettes, hot chips, wedges, pizza slices, burgers, hot dogs, pies, pasties, and sausage rolls. The range of product offerings may vary from event to event depending on audience size and event type.

The AIS is located on Leverrier Street, Bruce, Australian Capital Territory. The campus covers an area of around 65 hectares and is approximately seven minutes from the centre of Canberra.

Parking
There are three main parking areas for visitors. Their locations are:

• Car park 3 - located adjacent to the Track and Field facility; in front of Canberra Stadium and at the end of Battye Street. This car park can accommodate buses.
• Car park 4 - located adjacent to the playing fields located on Masterman Street.
• Car park 5 - located across from the AIS Arena and at the corner of Leverrier Street and Battye Street. This car park can accommodate buses.

Public transport
To reach the campus by public transport you need to catch the number R9 bus from the Belconnen Town Centre. If you are arriving from the City, catch the R1 to Dickson then the R9.

Mornington Racecourse is located at 320 Racecourse Road, Mornington. This magnificent site is open-air, and patrons are encouraged to bring a camp chair to the event. Please note that picnic rugs are not permitted.

This event will have a large range of food and beverage outlets open for the duration of the day. A public Bar will operate offering a range of Beer, Wine, Cider, Spirits and Non-Alcoholic Beverages. All vendors will accept cash or card payments.

This event is All Ages. Children 12 months and under are permitted access without a ticket. All other patrons require a valid event ticket for entry.

First Aid is located on site for the duration of the event. If you are feeling unwell or need medical attention at any time, please visit the First Aid Marquee.

Accessible seating is available on request from the WEC Ticketmaster Box Office along with limited accessible parking. Please discuss your needs with our staff before booking your ticket. Afterpay Arena is centrally located within the Sydney Olympic Park precinct, approximately 17km west of Sydney’s CBD. The Arena is situated on the corner of Olympic Boulevard and Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park.

Parking is managed by Sydney Olympic Park and can conveniently be found throughout Sydney Olympic Park.

There are over 10,000 onsite car parks throughout the Olympic Park precinct, with the largest Car Park being P1 Car Park adjoining Afterpay Arena, which can accommodate to over 3,300 cars.

All other onsite car parks are located within a 10 minute walk of the venue.

On major event days, complimentary shuttle bus services will operate between Afterpay Arena and all operational car parks.

Accessible Seating

Due to varying staging configurations, capacity limits apply on the Floor for both reserved seating and General Admission Standing Floor.

It is important when purchasing tickets to indicate that you require accessible seating at the time of booking so you will be allocated correctly.

Access to a complimentary ticket is also available to government issued Companion Card holders at the time of booking. The cardholder must provide the Companion Card number when making a booking then present it at the Ticket Box Office to staff on event day to collect their complimentary ticket.

The Brisbane Entertainment Centre is located in the northern suburb of Boondall. Situated 16km north of Brisbane’s CBD and 8kms north from the Brisbane Domestic and International airports, the Centre is surrounded by major arterial roads and easily accessible.

Driving
The Brisbane Entertainment Centre is accessible from The Gateway Motorway & Bicentennial Rd (off Sandgate Road). Be sure to allow extra travel time to get to and from the venue. There is ample onsite car parking available for your convenience.

Parking is charged at $18.00* per visit, payable to the Car Park Attendant upon entry (card only). This applies to all vehicles; including cars, motorbikes & scooters.

Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grass parkland and in some cases beach areas, and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons with accessibility needs, being accompanied by a carer is recommended.

There is no dedicated parking for Accessible Permit holders; however, a pick-up and drop-off point is located close to the entry on Colley Terrace. Traffic management and signage will be in place to assist and direct on arrival.

There is an Accessible Viewing Area with a dedicated platform. This can accommodate all registered wheelchair patrons and their companion. Only one carer per person unless there are exceptional circumstances.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
By bus: Services run regularly from the Adelaide CBD to Glenelg, taking approximately 35–45 minutes.
By tram: The iconic 'Bay Tram' operates frequently from Victoria Square in the heart of the CBD, with a travel time of around 30 minutes.
